2025 Goals Recap

Time to reflect on 2025 Goals:

1) Focus on fueling my body and mind: Work out 4x per week. Practice self-care, self-value, and self-compassion. Listen to what my body and mind need and meet myself where I am at with grace.- Hit the nail on the coffin on this one. Worked on self-development and improvement methods and skills throughout the year, reading some very inspirational books. Including the Let Them Theory, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, and Self-Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself. I improved my workout routine and found a method that works best for me and my body with the season I am in. Finishing the year off feeling strong and confident!

2)Be present in the moment: More experiences, fewer screens. Got outside with my son as much as possible, lots of trips to the park and beach! Tried to soak in all the small moments as much as possible and had awareness surrounding the mundanity of day-to-day tasks.

3) Continue to grow MAO.

Host workshops at the library- I did not host events at the library, but I did host multiple events at Keeping Pace.

Host event with SSWBN- I did not.

Provide services to Reiser employees- Spoke with HR, and my business card is up!

Volunteer at SSCFW- Schedule conflict.

4) Start accreditation for AFC: Accredited Financial Counselor- Working on building up my hours!

5) Pay off debt: Overall debt has decreased.

6) House:

What a year 2025 was.
I truly got to know myself. I learned that I thrive on routine and that I’m always up for a good challenge. I spent the year surrounded by the people I love most. I showed up, stayed present, and put myself and my family first.
I am excited to see what 2026 brings!
